| Liberty Promotions is a diecast company that produces what is referred to as "Code 3" buses. Simply put, Code 3 is a product that is NOT produced in any way by Mattel. Liberty has been very, VERY prolific in issuing the VW Bus, and it doesn't appear they'll stop anytime soon. They've definitely issued some nice ones over the years.
